Great property.

The staff are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Thr breakfast buffet is quite good, but like a lot of buffets here could be a bit warmer. The pools (all four!) Are welp kept and lovely for a swim. All the family will love them.

The way in is a bit tough for drivers and taxis. But the location is great for restaurants, massage, shopping and the beach is only a short walk.

As soon as you arrived, you felt welcomed. All the staff were polite and respectful.

Home away from home.

Glad to be back staying here. It was before it's time on construction and needs a little TLC and exposure to be what it was. Beautiful big family apartments like a home stay without the price.

Only breakfast and room service, no restaurant but no fault of their own with Kuta being deserted. Needs better shower pressure.

Stayed here multiple times now, great place to stay. The 2 bedroom apartment are great for families. Facilities are good. Location is great, close to the beach and JL Legian. Staff are amazing.

Only areas of improvement would be smart TV’s in the bedrooms for Netflix and other streaming services, and sometimes room cleaning can be very late. There was one night the cleaners arrived to clean the room after 8pm.

Everything! It was amazing. Most days, we had the pool to ourselves.

The location was good, but when we caught taxis, some wouldn't come down as it was too narrow, but others did, so it is doable.

Don’t do it find somewhere else

The great thing about the apartment was the size of it, but that’s where it stops

Everything, the cleanest, the breakfast, the cost to check in 3 hours early, the condition of the public toilets by the pools, For example, there is a sign saying if you would like your towels replaced leave them On the floor, so we did several times the staff just picked them up off the floor, folded them ans put them back, Sheets got changed after complaining for 7 days . The hotel is all about money, it seems that they keep taking it but not spending money on maintaining it. Pictures on booking.com are from when it was new Construction site next door failed to Mention for maybe next 2 years Taxis will not go there as down a small lane way . It just doesn’t stop

Great value stay in the heart of Kuta!

We loved the location - in a laneway off Poppies I with plenty of eateries steps away. Legian Road is also a short walk away and brings you to the corner of the nightclubs. The apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed using the fitness centre and swimming pools. We will definitely return.

The breakfast was not great - bacon only every second day although it was good to have an egg station available and there was a small selection of pastries. The cereal option was like eating foam pieces.

Avoid…Dump!! Not the Kuta Townhouse it used to be.

Friendly staff but it ends there!!

This place is an unkept dump lacking general maintenance. Had to look at dead mice on other unoccupied balconies, cockroaches in rooms and daily room cleaning doesn’t exist.Son ended up with a cut foot from broken tiles and his finger sliced open from a sharp edge and then held us ransom for $150 because there was a blood stain on the bed sheet (which they didn’t even attempt to clean and the laundry around the corner got the stain out of my sons shirt for $4) Biggest scam on earth. Read the reviews, they make a habit of this. This used to be a great place to stay but I will never return again. Place was lucky to be 5% occupied. No meats every second day for the buffet breakfast. Avoid this dump at all costs!!!

Lovely property, would suit most people.

Pools were great. Bar was well maintained. Rooms were a good size and clean. Staff were all lovely.

It was difficult for taxis etc to get to reception. When i left i took my bag and walked to Jalan Legian to catch a taxi. Easy to do.

Great location

Large clean apartment, with great AC (we actually got cold in here and had to turn the AC down), great water pressure and firm, but comfy beds. Great location, right between the Poppies Lanes and short walk to beach. 4 Pools for the kids to explore and play in. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard, and tasty.

Tight narrow road to get into it and we had a Grab taxi refuse to come into the hotel as he said he couldn't get his car in through the narrow street. He wanted us to walk out to the main road - mostly an issue as we were heading to the airport and had our luggage. Was not an issue for the Bluebird that came next. Smokers on their balcony's below and beside us.
