Donna at reception was so helpful. As were all the staff nothing too much trouble
Little bit hard to access the first night as my taxi was a larger vehicle so we left it and walked with two bags to motel. Only 200m but could be a concern for young family.
Just ensure when travelling from airport the know where the motel is. Next time will just book the motels car service.

The furniture was terrible, the couch is old and broken. I could not sit on it.
The cleaning staff have a lot of difficulty understanding English
The music at breakfast is too loud!
Breakfast is not up to acceptable international standards. The majority of your guests are tourists - get help from consultants how to provide services at international standards - it costs no more, in fact better efficiency would cost less in overheads.
Because of the narrow roads we had some trouble with drivers not wanting to come to the Kuta Town House. Suggestion
Provide cart type transport to a central location where drivers can access the customer better.
For old people there are no facilities or aids.
The shower, for example, is dangerous for old people, because they can easily slip. A shower mat would cost 20,000
$$$$
