Omg this was the most amazing place to stay!!
Where do we begin....
From the moment we arrived the staff were all so amazing, from security, to cleaners, kitchen staff, and the wonderful ladies at reception
They really made the stay so amazing with their wonderful smiles every day!
The daily buffet breakfast was beautiful (I'm an ex chef) and had different choices every day.
The rooms were perfect
As a family of 5 we had a 3 bedroom unit (at a good price) that felt like home.
The onsite restaurant was great, and the kids made the most of the 4 nice clean pools
Was also located in a great area close to shopping and the beach, and great restaurants. Loved wandering the streets, it felt so safe
Was sad to say goodbye but it's never really goodbye, see you next time....

Staff were helpful and responsive to emails . Friendly and approachable to any inquiries . Tari on the front desk helped us sorted out a number on none facility related issues with ease and knowledge - she is a credit to the organisation. Our driver Diaz provided a great service with great local knowledge and tips .

The furniture was terrible, the couch is old and broken. I could not sit on it.
The cleaning staff have a lot of difficulty understanding English
The music at breakfast is too loud!
Breakfast is not up to acceptable international standards. The majority of your guests are tourists - get help from consultants how to provide services at international standards - it costs no more, in fact better efficiency would cost less in overheads.
Because of the narrow roads we had some trouble with drivers not wanting to come to the Kuta Town House. Suggestion
Provide cart type transport to a central location where drivers can access the customer better.
For old people there are no facilities or aids.
The shower, for example, is dangerous for old people, because they can easily slip. A shower mat would cost 20,000
$$$$
