Great stay. Great service. Great location

Absolutely Amazing and Perfect Location!

We got to stay in Villa 8 which was absolutely beautiful. The pool was huge, the bed was comfy and the breakfast getting bought to the room every morning was delicious. From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond with everything.

The staff are incredibly friendly and so helpful. The villa was quiet and had everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Great central location.

It is not a luxury resort at all. It is a 4 stars hotel. No WiFi in most of the property. Gym is ridiculous with 3 cardio machine only and 1 broken for months… the whole property is poorly managed and old requiring investment.

A beautiful, serene property very close to Kuta beach. We stayed with friends in two villas and can’t say enough about the experience. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. Villas exceptionally clean and private. Breakfast is wonderful.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely LOVE it! From the minute you arrive, the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful, the gardens are calming and divine and the room....just magical! The whole time we are there, we experience a feeling of relaxation and peace, adding to the wonderful adventures of Bali! Cant wait to visit again :)

Pure paradise — stunning villa, perfect pool, and wonderful staff.

We booked this place for the night before we leave for airport. Wow. From the time you step into this wonderful complex you are welcomed with such warmth. Everything is absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly. We had a Villa with private pool. It’s secluded and feels like paradise, and every little detail has been thought about. We had afternoon tea on arrival to our villa - perfect after travel. We ordered in-villa dining … wow. £21 for a banquet fit for Queens. Table was laid for us by two staff. The bath is huge and was a real treat with bubble bath. The outside terrace is fully equipped, fridge has complimentary drinks stocked, coffee machine, water machine… the list goes on. We have a massage booked included in price and breakfast too.i have no doubt this will be 100% top quality!!! What a magical find in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. We will bringing our family and friends back here. Congratulations and thank you for your hospitality

The staff were AMAZING; the breakfast choices were great and the food delicious. The additional daily surprise afternoon tea was a fabulous treat including the massage. Our villa was beautifully presented in Balinese style, and the outdoor pool was the perfect temperature for swimming! We can't wait to go back again.

Remarkable location, serene facilities, professional and friendly staff

Remarkable location in the middle of Kuta, but despite this, it was quiet and serene. Wonderful villa with a private pool. The staff were considerate, very welcoming and professional. It’s a shame we didn’t stay longer to maximise the use of the outdoor cooking area in the private villa as well! The breakfast options were superb.

The wonderful enormous bath in the bathroom was great, but very slow to fill up (the tap flow could be looked at).

Overall we enjoyed our 4D3N stat at Alaya Dedaun Kuta

Hospitable staff who were friendly so there is a really nice and homely feel to this resort. A private sanctuary amidst the vibrant Kuta, where the beach and shopping mall was about 10 minutes away. Breakfast and tea-break were served conveniently in-villa at your preferred timing. Bed, bedsheet and pillows are comfortable. Big villa, private pool, large toilet, dining/kitchenette.

Room for improvement on the food (breakfast, tea-break and BBQ dinner). Clearing of the uneaten food & washing of the utensils after breakfast/tea break could have been more prompt to prevent flies or other pest.

Amazing, relaxing - highly recommend

We stayed for 8 nights and it was amazing. Firstly the staff are the best we have experienced in Bali. Everyone from the front entrance security, the pool and maintenance staff, housekeeping, reception and service staff - all highly professional, happy and understand excellence in service. The villa was next level. Traditional Balinese feel but with all modern conveniences. The private pool was large and around 1m deep. It got lovely sun which kept the water at a great temperature for swimming. The bed was very comfortable, you can cast your streaming apps straight to the tv without vpn. Breakfast delivered to the villa each morning and plenty of options to choose from. Afternoon tea, some delicious snacks and a great time to play cards and chat with the staff. We left our foot spa treatment until the last day, which we regret because it was so good, we would have liked to return for more. Overall a fabulous stay and we would highly recommend Alaya Dedaun. Thank you ☺️

Amazing

An exceptional place to stay. Located in off the main street you find the quiet and peaceful villas. Staff were excellent and having a butler was lovely. Service was impeccable and you are well looked after from the breakfast served in your villa, to afternoon tea, and nighttime turndown. The on-site spa is one for pampering and indulgence. The room was very spacious and included all amenities, slippers, and robe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable ensuring a great night sleep. The pool was large and so pretty at night. I would absolutely recommend a stay here if it’s within your price for that something extra special.

A complete pool garden oasis in the hub of Kuta-Legian area.

The breakfast is brought to your room at the time you request when you place your order the previous day/evening. There is a great variety of different breakfasts to choose from, local Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese, American, Mexican fusion and plenty of vegetarian choices including the staple smashed avo on toast. The room was huge an oversized king bed could easily fit 3 people if you are that way inclined. The bathroom had a large shower and separate bathtub, wardrobe, luggage rack and good size vanity. The best feature of the room is the private pool just outside your room, you can swim any time of the day with complete privacy. Two outdoor pool lounges for your comfort also included. They also provide an outdoor kitchen with a gas cooktop, cooking utensils, a 4 person dining table, island bench with sink and a small bar fridge for cold drinks etc, all undercover. The staff were always attentive to our needs, always remembered our names and guided us with any enquiries we had. They really contribute to a great stay, I would definitely return to Alaya Dedaun and highly recommend it as a refuge from the craziness and heat of Jalan Legian.

The size of the villa.

Insects and geckos everywhere, dirty sheets and bed, and the pool not maintained well and full with leaves and not clean. The living room and kitchen were separated than the bedroom.

The only thing the water in the swimming pool was a bit cold (like in every pool)
