Everything about this place was exceptional. It felt like we were the only guests. It was quiet, private, and peaceful, which you don't normally find in the centre of Kuta. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We won't stay anywhere else now we've found this special place.

The villa was very spacious and clean. The shower was great. Bed very comfy. Breakfast was good every morning with a good selection. Served in the restaurant but we could have had in our villa had we wanted.
There was no where to lay in the sun as the sunlounges were in a covered cabana and couldnt be moved. Also they were extremely difficult to use as they were on the floor but I am the mature age. Also the pool was quite deep and the only way to walk in and out was from the bathroom, which was strange as the lounges were at the opposite end. Also there was constant crowing from a neighborhood rooster which started at 4am and went for a long time.

The villa was absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly. The location was absolutely perfect and yet still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast delivered to your villa every morning and was full of flavour!!!

Aircon was strong and the inside of the villa itself was great. Also liked that there was not too many mosquitos compared to other places in Bali we stayed. Also, I liked how private it was and how central it was to everything.
This is not a 5 star resort. The food was awful, breakfast was so bad, and the pool was really dirty, like they would come to just superficially remove leaves and debris when re-doing on our room, but there was a lot of small debris and like a layer of gunk on top of the pool water.
