Spacious and relaxing

Property was huge, gardens beautiful beds were big and comfy. Away from the street so nice and quiet

Amazing stay in a fabulous villa

The villa was amazing! Very clean and tidy and lots of space. Our children loved the swimming pool too. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely each day and our boys loved the pancakes.

The communal areas got quite hot. It would also be nice to have little side lights in the room for reading.

A beautiful home, amazing staff

It's a little piece of paradise in busy Kuta. 24/7 security, 2 large family areas, breakfast in the morning, clean and private swimming pool. Absolutely amazing - huge family area. Michael was lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

Value for money and awesome staff

The staff were awesome, there is security there at night time and the villa was gated so we felt safe at all times. The staff maintained and cleaned the grounds on a daily basis. The aircon in the rooms was strong, the rooms were large and spacious, and it was great for a big family. The villa is nicer in person, and I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kedis villa staff, for the great hospitality.

There was a sewage smell in the main bedroom upstairs. We wished that the fans downstairs were stronger as it got really hot during the day, so we could not enjoy the downstairs area for too long. The location isn't the best, but this did not bother us as we used gojek and grab to get to places. This was not expensive.

Nice swimming pool, beautiful landscape and interior design, friendly and helpful staffs.

Road leading to villa flooded when rain. Unpleasant smell in bedroom downstair. Downstair living room is hot even fan is on. No aircon downstair. No TV program besides subscription.

Loved everything about our stay and would recommend as a great place to stay when in Bali.

We liked everything about this property. Being met at the airport and driven the the property was hassle free. the accommodation was beautifully presented and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent ! Also communication with the owner to organise tours was fantastic. Will always stay here when we come to Bali.

Wonderful! Very nice and big villa with a wonderful garden. Outside the streets are noisy and dirty but inside the villa it is silent and peaceful. Very nice people, very clean, everybody very helpful. Really to recommend!

Kuta is ugly. Dirty, full of traffic, full of tourists.

Okay, Not bad!

We really cant say anything bad about this accommodation. Everything is ok, the only problem why we cannot say that the accommodation is superb because we just spent 5days 4night in a SUPER AWESOME-can’t-compare-North Bali’s villa right before we spent 3days here. So ya, this one was just ok. Talking about this villa, It has swimming pool, but really small one, you cannot have a proper swim there. The main room was awesome but the other rooms are a lot smaller than the main room. The bed in the main room was a bit hard but still ok for you to sleep well at night. 1 room downstairs, 3 room upstairs. They have gazebo also, a cool one actually that we spent most of the time chilling there. The villa management was kind enough to give us time to stay there after check out, waiting for our flight.

We weren’t so happy about the location, it’s still quite far to the beach and hard for gojek/grab to find it. The family didn’t fancy the breakfast and kept comparing with breakfast we had in North Bali’s villa. They made the coffee way too hot that not many wanted to have it the next days.

Amazing Staff, a top class property in a safe and desirable location - close to everything!

There are not enough words to describe how much I loved this property, in particular the staff. We were made to feel so welcome and the property really felt like a much loved home. The home was exceptional. The staff were amazing. The pool, the grounds, the furnishings, the location, the neighbourhood, the surrounding local warungs, the whole experience was great, and we did not want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Gusti forgot to pick us up, but once I called him, he was on his way with his uncle, Wayan, and we were at the property before we knew it. He was incredibly apologetic. I forgive you Gusti! haha

Super séjour dans une superbe villa

Magnifique maison avec des extérieurs superbes. Pleins de petits endroits extérieurs très sympas Les chambres sont spacieuses Piscine très agréable et rafraîchissante ( enfin une eau pas trop chaude )

La Climatisation manque dans les communs même si cela nous force à vivre à l’extérieur C’était vraiment trop chaud pour nous dans les communs et les extérieurs
