The Surya Kuta Villa

The location, the staff were fantastic very helpful.

The water pressure for the shower and bathroom was terrible

Everything except shower could have more pressure

Shower needed more pressure

Nice and close to Kuta.

The location (it is very closed to the airport), the size of the room, the smart TV, the fact that even if little, we had a pool, the free transportation.to.the airport. People on check in were friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I must admit I felt pranked. I didn't understand that they had different villas and that we had basically to choose one when booking. I think the name (Surya Villa, not villas!) and the pictures on Booking are very misleading. The pictures are cropped so that you don't really get that the gardens of the villas are completely different. So I must admit I was disappointed because the villa looked completely different that how I imagined it. Aside from that: The water dispenser didn't work properly, the kitchen was nearly empty and therefore couldn't be used (I didn't find any cutlery), the water in the bathroom had no pressure at all, it was very difficult to take a shower or wash hands. The filter in the pool was also not very powerful. To sum it: it was ok for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it.
