The location is good, near to restaurants, services and convenience store yet quiet.

The villa is quite old already and not well-maintained. The photos listed also are not that updated and accurate so it wasn’t at par with my expectations

Good value for money and location, but wifi was beyond terrible

The pools were great - both main and the one in our villa, and the location was great too. The actual bedroom was huge and spacious, and the bed and linen were really nice too.

It’s just starting to look a little old and tired in some places. But main issue the WiFi, it’s unacceptably bad for 2025. Barely works, always drops out, too annoying to even bother connecting to after a while.

The driver picked me up at airport very friendly and spoke English well. The reception took me to my villa and explained all amenities, how to order breakfast and room service.

the villas were a little old and warn, need a bit of an update but still good for the budget. the villas were too close to each other so when in the shower the next villa you could here them in the toilet.

everything was great having breakfast delivered to our Villa everyday the bed was super cumfy, didnt like the Mossies but they supplied Mossie coils which was fab and if anything went wrong they were there quick to fix it

Stained bed linen was used on pillows. The pool cleaning regime wasn’t clear to me. Some plastic glasses for use near pool would be useful.

Quiet in the evenings, comfortable bed and quiet bedroom, staff were very friendly, great frogs in the garden and koi.

Pool in our 1bdrm villa was dirty, didn’t really want to swim in it, “stuff” in the water and on the bottom of the pool. The pool pump was noisy and didn’t work the pool very well. Share the toilet and bath noise with the neighbours…and them with you.

The Best holiday we have ever had.

Our stay was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful, they even surprised me with birthday cake for my birthday. The area was so relaxing, peaceful and private. The breakfasts were delicious! we ordered room service a few times and the dinners were lovely. We swam in both our private pool and the large pool, even watched the AFL grand final from the pool/bar. Being our first time to Bali we packed too many clothes! just down the lane way are laundromats to take your washing. The beach is only a few minutes walk away to watch the sunsets and there are many food options also. Thank you for having us, we will be back!

We didn't pay for breakfast with our booking but it was no stress to order at the front desk in the morning and enjoyed it by the communal pool

Bath seemed a little worn down and shower area, but wasn't to fazed by it really.

Staff are great and welcoming, but the complex needs an major upgrade.

The location. Of the busy streets, out of the way.

The complex needs a good TLC. The paint is peeling, there is rust stain a in the bathroom, mould smell in the wet areas, rotten entry doors sheets are discoloured whites and towels too. Although the staff are very attentive and welcoming.

Awful moved the next day

Private pool was the only good thing

Place was disgusting. Floor tiles missing around pool. Villa needed some dire repair work. Water issues and mould in the room all over the place. Cockroaches in bathroom. Rain pouring into bathroom over shower.

Perfect

Everything especially the privacy, the private pool, and the depth of the pool at about 1.3/1.4 metres. So chest height for an adult.

There were no handrails into the pool which is okay but our pool only had one deep step in, so for a couple of 60+ with arthritis it wasn't the easiest or most graceful of getting in in out. Won't stop us coming back though.

The privacy of the villa . It is like going to a little paradise in the middle of busy Seminyak. The staff is so friendly and the gardens beautiful. The big pool is fantastic.

Flashing the toilet can be a little bit tricky.
