Great location

The bed was against the wall, so it was a little inconvenient to get in and out.

La ubicación es muy buena, estas a un paso de todo...hay bastante comercio cerca y hasta un supermercado.... Ademas el alojamiento esta cerca de la parada tranvia 28, por lo cual no tuvimos que hacer mucha fila ( si llegas temprano).

No nos agrado que en la mañana cerca de la plaza Moniz, hay mucha gente en situación de calle, eran incómodos los olores... Y el alojamiento olia un poco a humedad!...

El departamento por dentro muy lindo y cómodo como para una persona cómoda, máximo dos. No tenía casi escaleras al ingreso lo cual facilita entrar con las maletas. Bien equipado. Muy fácil el ingreso con la clave. Muy bien ubicado, céntrico, se llega caminando a todos lados.

Dentro del departamento todo estuvo muy bien. Los vecinos un poco ruidosos pero nada exagerado.

It was very clean and modern, like it was freshly renovated, with nice sized new windows that open wide. The furniture was comfortable. Although, we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well stocked (except no toaster..we used panini press) and even had spices available. The general location was good, close to transit and a short walk to a lot of shopping and restaurants, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

It was lacking in a place to hang clothes or wet towels. We had to leave everything in our suitcase., and hang towels over the kitchen stools. Some hooks in the entrance for jackets, in the bathroom for towels, and in the bedroom for clothes would be helpful. There is only one mirror so if two people are getting ready at the same time, it is challenging. A second mirror in the bedroom where there’s better lighting would help. The general location was good, but the actual road and lane around us was a little grungy. We were a bit worried when we first arrived, but felt generally safe once we were used to it.
