Watford Cozy Full Home - Perfect for Harry Potter Studios!

The property has ground floor and first floor therefore even though it's just one bedroom, it feels spacious. The rooms are a very good size, the property is well equipped and the TV is very good. The area is very quiet, although it is pretty far from everything. There is plenty of free car parking on the streets, we had two cars so it was perfect for us. There is a coffee machine at the property, which is an added bonus. We had additional key cut as we stayed at the property for some time for which we got reimbursement.

Everything at the property is the cheapest it can be at it shows and the property is very run down. The bed is so bad that my partner proceeded to sleep downstairs. However the sofa is also the cheapest it can be, very old and very uncomfortable. The old plastic plants do not add anything to the look and feel of the property. The agency who handles the property is the worst I have ever experienced - no email to check if we have found or checked into the property, no email at the check out. I was sent some sort of agreement which I signed on the phone and I didn't even know what I have signed. I have asked for a copy twice - no reply. I have asked for the receipt of the payment - zero reply. We stayed at the property for some time as we were looking for the building works to finish on our house. After almost a month I have asked for a discounted rate if we extend. I have received an email confirming the same rate as what I paid. I have politely asked if it would be possible to get discount to which I have received no replies even after chasing. A simple 'no' would suffice. I was also told that they will get back to me about Fridays' booking and they never did. In the end we gave up and found another property, where we are staying for another month.

Home from Home feeling and Location

Could do with a deep clean, ie. cleaning windows inside and out, dusting cobwebs in places and on top of cupboards. Bathroom door looks dirty- could do with a clean and paint also shower head needs a deep clean or replacement head.

Bardzo przytulne i ciepłe mieszkanie. Personel bardzo pomocny, bardzo dobry kontakt i szybka odpowiedź. Polecam to miejsce ze względu na spokojną i cichą okolicę.
