We didnt actually stay at the property in the end. We received an email to say there was a problem with a leak and we couldnt stay. But they had resolved the problem by booking us into a local best western hotel. This all worked perfectly. Obviously we didnt get to stay at the property but we were very impressed with how they just sorted out a nice hotel in a similar location.
