We loved our stay at Lobov view. The apartment was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Modern bathroom with a washing machine. The view from the balcony was stunning and enjoying breakfast / an evening drink on it was one of the highlights of our time in Kotor. Our hostess welcomed us warmly and provided helpful information and was very responsive. We didn’t have a car (would be easiest) but used the local bus to get into Kotor - it arrives only once an hour - but we made it work and for us it was worth being out of the old town to enjoy the views. There are some lovely restaurants in the area on the water with beautiful views and plenty of places to swim.
