The Villa is very nice, situated in a great location (an old botanical garden). It really peaceful and you can enjoy the birds from the terrace. Emily is a great host, she is very nice and helpful.
Highly recommend it!
During our stay there was an issue with one of the toilets and water stopped running in the last day.

The house's yard has an amazing garden(like a small jungle). We even saw a few monkeys there. The house is located outside of the city's central part, about half our walk. However, the place is good and close to the seaside.
Overall we're happy with the house. Here are some recommendations that can make a visitor's stay more pleasant:
* Having a hairdryer will be great, especially keeping in mind the moisture in the air around
* Both bedrooms are really lacking light - it would be great if there were more light bulbs in the rooms
* And last, something that was quite annoying - our beds were making a squeaky sound with every move - which basically wakes you up
