The pool, the food options, the bar. Lots of nightly activities to keep us entertained. The local dogs and cats! The staff were very friendly!

Everything you need is on site. Staff really attentive. Location on Beach perfect. Only negative is soundproofing. Can be noisy from upstairs. Food court is amazing. Lobster was fabulous. Would recommend.

Only that you need a taxi needed to Bocas $4 each person each way.

Great location on the island . The Banana room was beautiful , comfortable , with everything you need . This room made it possible to make your own meals with a well equipped kitchen or head on down to the pool area with bar and a food court with four different vendors to grab a bite . Skully has a great place and he is a sexy pirate to boot!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Scully‘s. It’s located a convenient 10 minute taxi ride from the main Bocas town and then a 10 minute ride up the coast to the surf site paunches. They have bikes and atvs for rental which is very convenient. Pierre at the Front Desk was fantastic. He was super friendly and very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the island. We met Scully and his wife who are both very nice and super interesting. We enjoyed chatting with them. The bar and bar staff were great. They have theme nights every night, karaoke was our favorite.

The beach is very small and you can’t go out into the water very far because of the coral. That being said, there are loungers on the rocks overlooking the water, which is beautiful and plenty of more accessible beaches within a few minutes by e bike. There is a food court with 4 restaurants. We found the food to be okay but not great which was a shame because he found ourselves needing to go into town for every meal. It wasn’t so much that the food was bad, just strange menu choices for the area; an Italian pasta place, a pizza place and a South African restaurant. Luckily there was a seafood place which wasn’t bad. We would have liked more Panamanian/Caribbean/beach vibe options. All in all, we would still come back.
