L'agencement du studio, sa propreté et sa vue magnifique sur Montrichard.
La vétusté et la mauvaise odeur du couloir menant du studio à l'ascenseur.

L'absence d'insonorisation de l'immeuble ,: on entend la télé de voisins lointains ( apparts voisins vides). Le protège matelas en plastique très désagréable et le drapeau housse rugueux.
