Located in a residence classified as Remarkable contemporary architecture (Le Corbusier style), this 23 m² studio with balcony enjoys an unobstructed view of the Cher valley, in a wooded park of 9 hectares. An authentic and preserved setting, just a few minutes from the most beautiful castles of the Loire.
🛋️ A comfortable and well-equipped accommodation
The studio has been designed to combine comfort and practicality. The Murphy bed provides a real living space during the day and a separate bedroom at night. The kitchen is fully equipped — coffee maker, combi oven, microwave, raclette machine, complete crockery — to make the most of your stay without constraint. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Coffee and tea are offered on arrival. Access is via a secure key box, at a time that suits you. Free parking at the foot of the building.
📍 Well located, without depending on the car
The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away, with direct links to Blois and Tours (30 to 45 minutes). The historic centre of Montrichard is a 20-minute walk away. For cycling, the residence is at the direct start of the "Cher à Vélo" road, connected to the Loire à Vélo. Folding bikes are available for rent on site (from €20 for the entire stay). A locked bicycle room is available in the residence.

The most emblematic castles of the Loire Valley are a short distance away: Chenonceau and Amboise 20 minutes away, Cheverny 35 minutes away, Chambord 50 minutes away.
