charming triplex right on Mandalay Avenue —
the beating heart of Clearwater Beach. Teal
walls, beach vibes, modern upgrades, and
everything you need for the perfect Florida
getaway.
You have the entire Haven to yourself — the studio space, full kitchen, private bathroom, and your own entrance.
The building is a triplex with two neighboring units (The Bungalow & The Serenity), but your home is completely self-contained and private.
I`m available by message anytime and happy to help with local recommendations. I give guests their space but am always just a text away if you need anything.

Outdoor areas are shared with other guests. Please clean up after yourself. Rinse sand off beach items and return loungers and cushions after use. Fully extinguish charcoal after using the grills.
Before checkout at 11:00 AM, place used towels in the bathroom on the tub. Leave used beds, including the sofa bed if used, unmade. Empty garbage into the outside bins. Turn off lights and appliances and lock the door when you leave.

Great location, steps to a fabulos wite sand beach, you can walk to both ends of the island to enjoy beach goers or solitude (in the north end)...cottage has all basic necesities for a confortable stay, two large beds to get a good night rest; good shade in the back of the house where are plenty of chairs and tables to have lunch.

The property had not been cleaned for our stay. The property manager responded quickly that she would refund our first night's stay since it couldn't be cleaned that day. That was her last communication with us regarding the issue until after our 8 day stay had concluded, when I continued to text her with questions about the refund. If she had just communicated with me that she did initiate a refund right away, it would have made our stay more relaxed, but the communication on this issue was terrible. She communicated that the trash needed taken out and she sent me a corrected Wifi password, just didn't communicate well on the issue of the refund. The back yard needs attention. The kitchen sink backwashed into the other sink and the fridge leaked water onto our food. I didn't try contacting the host about these other issues because she wasn't communicating well with the biggest issue of the refund. Overall, this is still a great location and decent price rental that is only one block from the beach on the more secluded side of the island.
