Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.
We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the apartment.

Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.
Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

We loved our stay at Monaco. It was a perfect place for a girls trip with my mom and toddler. The rooms were clean and decorated cute. The pool was nice and easy to get to. Super easy access to the beach and great little pizza place. All the major restaurants and bars were a quick walk up the street my two year old didn’t even mind walking over for dinner. I loved having a quieter location but being close to all the restaraunts and bars. The beach area was also quieter than infront of some of the bigger resorts which we loved! Definately would stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

This property was conveniently located yet, it was not very clean. There was hair all over the shower and bathroom floor. The oven was caked in food particles. Some of the dishes were dirty. The place was comfortable aside from being less than clean. The communication with management was also not the best. We traveled from quite a distance and had red eye flights. It is understandable that late/early hours can be difficult to navigate but for what we paid, I wish they would have at least tried. The place feels like accommodations for college spring breakers, not families.
