This mid-century apartment was designed and decorated by an interior designer. You will find many exciting details and touches throughout the space that make it truly special. The living room features an ultra-comfortable couch, designer furniture, and a 75-inch smart TV.
You will have access to the whole private apartment consisting of a living room, full kitchen, dining area, shower bathroom, and two bedrooms.
Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws
visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.
We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.
We provide a self check-in with a code that will we will send you when the apartment is ready on the day of your check-in.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.
Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

We had a great stay. Newly renovated and was very clean. Easy communication with owner. Minutes to the beach and nearby restaurants. Onsite parking is a big plus. We would stay here again.

3 family members stayed 6/21/24 for 6 nights.
Beds were VERY comfortable. Bedding was spotless and there was plenty of storage for clothing.
Living room was comfortable as well, especially the couch. I don't know what the fabric is but it's amazing.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Appliances were clean inside and out.
The bathroom is really a decent size and I sure missed the walk in shower this morning when I showered at my home. There were plenty of towels and the beach towels were appreciated as well. Although I thought it odd at first about not having washcloths, I now am in complete agreement with management, it's not sanitary.
This is one of cleanest condos I have ever stayed in and that is what is most important to me. I can't be comfortable unless it's clean. The pool is wonderful and we had it to ourselves most days. The beach is a short convenient walk away. The noise level was near to none. Check in/out was a breeze and Antoni is wonderful to work with.
I do have a few recommendations but certainly not deal breakers and I absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again!
