This ~1,100 sqft, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom cottage has a fully renovated kitchen with all necessary appliances and a spacious deck area complete will a full set of patio furniture and grill.
The best part? Walk out the front door and walk less than 100 steps to white-sand beaches.
The living room has three of the most comfortable chairs you’ve ever sat in as well as a queen-sized pull out sofa, lots of windows (natural light), and a flat-screen TV.
The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there is easy-to-care wood laminate flooring throughout the entire cottage.
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and flat-screen TVs.
Also: WiFi, brand new central heat and air, and a private washer and dryer.
Free off-street parking, right next to cottage.
Fully-stocked kitchen and linens.
Bring the kids or leave them at home — this cottage is great for all.

We had a great time. Perfect location close to the beach. Had everything we needed. The only bad parts were the internet kept going out and the washing machine had black mold in it.

Beautiful little cottage! Decorated so well! Amazing location - we counted it and it’s literally 100 steps to the beach! Very clean as well. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was it was very humid in the house which made clothes, towels, sheets, paper towels, etc. uncomfortable. A dehumidifier would help for sure! Thanks for having us!

Pros: Location & open kitchen was amazing. We found the bedroom and bathrooms & washer and dryer wonderful. Cons: expensive stay given WiFi was out the majority of our visit. Construction across the street was loud even on Saturday & Sunday, blocking the roadway. On Friday night the Pizza/cafe on the corner had loud music after 10pm- at 1am my usually tolerant husband went outside to ask them to shut it off!! We will pass on Clearwater next time and stay where a hurricane has recently hit. True that certain things are "out of your control" but you can be honest with potential visitors and let them know of the obvious inconveniences. We almost moved to a hotel but we had already spent nearly 2k for 4 nights on the stay at the cottage.
