The Bungalow is a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beach house with wide-plank floors, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, an open living and dining area with a wood-beam ceiling, and a private patio. Coastal decor throughout gives it classic Florida beach house charm with modern upgrades.
You have the entire Bungalow to yourself — both bedrooms, the bathroom, full kitchen, living/dining room, and private patio. The building is a triplex with two neighboring units, but your home is completely self-contained with its own private entrance and keypad smart lock.
I`m available via the app for any questions during your stay. I like to give guests their space but I`m always just a message away if you need anything!

Coin-operated laundry available on-site in the outdoor laundry facility — convenient for longer stays.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM.
No smoking inside. No parties. Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
One parking space is included per unit. Use any available space in front of the property, with one vehicle per unit. Additional vehicles must use paid parking lots in town. Street parking is not allowed in the North Beach neighborhood.
Please clean up after yourself when using shared facilities. Rinse sand off beach items and return loungers and cushions after use. Fully extinguish charcoal after using the grills.
Before checkout at 11:00 AM, place used towels in the bathroom on the tub. Leave used beds, including the sofa bed if used, unmade. Empty garbage into the outside bins. Turn off lights and appliances and lock the door when you leave.

What a wonderful place for us and our 2 yorkies. We enjoyed the easy access to beach. This Bungalow is perfect for a small family just needing a getaway.
Property owner was extremely accessible and quickly offered remedies to questions.
The fully tiled house was perfect for dealing with sand from beach and any water spills. The beds were super comfortable. AC units worked perfectly.
I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends as the location can’t be beat on this one.

Two bedroom one bath was perfect for us and my little dog. Air conditioners in each room with remote controls were awesome. So close to the beach and tons of other activities. Parking is limited but normal for the area. Good shade…I was pleased overall. Everything functioned fine…could use a new faucet in tub due to leaking.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect spot near the beach and within walking distances of the main Clearwater Beach shops, Frenchy’s and the pier. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
