Great location! We had some trouble at check in with the door code not working but the manager was very responsive. The place is starting to get a little run down. Could use new futons- one is broken but we managed to make it work. Futon bedding is stained and should be replaced. Loved having the beach chairs, towels and wagon. The place could use a good deep cleaning overall. I still gave it 4 stars and we would stay there again. You can’t beat the location and the price!

Excellent stay, the location was perfect for being able to go to the beach, walking to restaurants, coffee, and shopping. The host was present with fast communication. All the amenities are present with a kitchen and outdoor chill area, and cold A/C. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

We really loved the location but we had a lot of issues with the unit. Every single window blind except one or two has damage! It was uncomfortable to change or shower due to this. There is light that comes in through windows at night, enough to make it look like daylight in the middle of the night. There are stains on the couch and pillows plus dirty areas of the house. Can’t use the oven because there are no pans. The stovetop gas is not strong so when making something stovetop, the fire goes out constantly. The pictures of the house make it look much larger. There is no wagon or cart to take chairs or umbrella to beach like in reviews. The team was quick to change out the broken umbrella and stained comforter after second request. The location was really the best part of this place. You are so close to the beach and shopping strand. We walked everywhere and loved this beach and city. The unit had pickleball paddles and there is a court that we enjoyed going to. I wish the unit was cleaner with blinds that are intact and window curtains to block the light.
