Sleeps 8 with queen bed in each bedroom, a sleeper sofa in living room and futon in sunroom. Everything you need to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The nearby Pier 60 has a wonderful playground for kids and entertainment and vendors on weekend evenings. Clearwater Recreation Center and Aquatic Center are nearby with a children’s pool, lap pool, tennis courts, and gym. Many shopping and dining options are a short walk or trolley ride away.

We had the BEST vacation! The perfect distance to the beach and the home owners are so nice and ready help with any needs we had while staying here. We will definitely come back to this beautiful place!

This was an excellent choice for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. Restaurants were close and very good. Beach was excellent

Overall it was a nice place . As this is their largest apartment; a king size bed in the master would greatly enhance one’s stay . There is plenty of room for one . The TV on main area is on an awkward wall . It is difficult for 2 people to watch and would be better placed on the west wall . I also think new comfortable mattresses would enhance anyone's stay . It is perfect distance to the beach and great for walking downtown to restaurants and shops as well as lovely to walk on the North end .You can also see the ocean from this unit when sitting outside or on the small sun room . A plus ! We like the quaintness of the property and the location ! We will be back . Thank you !
