The Serenity is a beautifully designed open-concept studio with crisp white walls, soft coastal tones, and colorful fish wall art that sets the mood the moment you walk in. The queen bed has fresh tropical coastal bedding, and the futon sleeper sofa converts easily for a third guest. The full kitchen has everything you need — stainless range, fridge with ice maker, granite counters, mosaic tile backsplash, and a coffee maker. A cheerful 4-seat teal dining nook and large wall-mounted Smart TV round out the space. Step outside to your own private patio with teal sectional seating — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Full access to the entire unit: queen bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, open living & dining area, futon sleeper & private outdoor patio. Private beach access via The Pub — 1.5 blocks to the Gulf of Mexico. Golf carts, bikes & mini cars available nearby.

Our unit is pet friendly with a semi-private, dog-friendly beach just around the corner. Frenchy`s, Palm Pavilion & top dining all within walking distance. Fine dining at Caretta on the Gulf & Opal Sands Resort nearby. Stroll Mandalay Ave for shops, cafes & world-class Gulf sunsets every evening.
Golf carts, bikes & mini cars available for rent just around the corner. The Jolley Trolley connects you to all of Clearwater Beach, downtown, St. Pete & Tampa. Very walkable — Frenchy`s, Palm Pavilion, shops & the beach are all on foot from the front door.
The building is a triplex — two other units may have guests, but The Serenity is fully private with its own entrance. Futon sleeper sofa accommodates 1–2 extra guests beyond the queen bed.
No smoking inside. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
Coin-operated laundry on-site.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 11:00 a.m.
Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.
NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Pet Policy`s If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to pay the pet fee. All your Pet`s doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.
All our units are 100% nonsmoking. If our cleaning crew notices any smoke smell from marijuana, tobacco, or any other smokable substance you will be charged an additional fee of $250 for disinfection and ozone treatment.

We have had the opportunity to stay for the last two years and loved it! Perfect space for us three and we love the location. Close to the beach and a short walk to tons of good options. Hosts are very responsive and kind.

Great location and good accommodations. Was a nice little stroll into the main part of town each day, but those that have a difficult time walking long distances should know that it's a little bit of a trek. We loved it, though. We also loved the more private beach right by the house. A few things I wish I'd known:1) The washer/dryer needs payment/quarters to work. Wish I woulda known to bring a roll of quarters. Hosts should mention that on the listing2) there was only 1 pillow. I messaged the host asking for more, they said they'd bring but never did. We ended up having to use the couch pillows. Hopefully they've added more after we left. I will say that I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to renovate the property after the last storm.All in all.. we really really enjoyed our time in Clearwater Beach. Our trip was fantastic, and honestly we could have been staying anywhere and the trip woulda rocked. Seriously, I can't emphasize enough how much we loved our trip to Clearwater :)
