About this apartment rental

First floor condo, A little over one block from beautiful Clearwater beach. Walk to shopping,fishing, restaurants.entertainment, and beach bars. Playground and beautiful in ground Communal Pool in season (one block from Condo) available to all guests. Fully equipped new kitchen, living room with TV in living room and one in Bedroom 1. Two Newly remodeled Bathrooms and New A.C. Unit! New laundry center in Condo. WiFi in Condo and New HD TV in Living room.

We had a great stay at Beachy Keen. The location was fabulous, only 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the community pool. It was 3 per person to get in, but it the pool was clean and not busy at all. We had good communication with the host. We had a problem with the AC unit while we stayed there, but he promptly took care of it!

Pool is not on property, it does say that deeper in description, but initial verbiage leads to believe it’s on property. It’s a short walk, nice and clean. No complaints
