This Lei Lani Village condo is the perfect home base for a family Gulf Coast getaway! You'll be situated on the river side of Perdido Key, just steps away from the beach. During your stay, enjoy access to all of Lei Lani's shared amenities including two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, and beach access directly across the street. When you're not cooling off in one of the pools or lounging at the beach, head into town for some local sights, shopping, and delicious dining options. Take the day and head to The Park at Owa, located only 15 miles from the condo, and enjoy a variety of great places to eat, shopping, an arcade, live music, and their amusement park with over 20 rides and growing! You are also only eight miles from the Wharf where you can find plenty of great places to eat, incredible nightlife entertainment, and one of the tallest Ferris wheels on the Gulf Coast.

Whether you're just getting ready for the day's adventures, unwinding between outings, or relaxing after a long day, the condo comes fully furnished for home comfort. A movie night is always a great option on the living room smart TV and free WiFi is available for sharing memories with friends on social media. The covered balcony is the perfect spot for everything from morning coffee to sunset cocktails and also features views of the river. The convenient full kitchen is equipped to handle beach snack prep or home cooking with ease. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW
Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies will occur. There is the possibility that unscheduled access to the units may be required during certain phases. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Elevator service may be periodically interrupted during this time. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of Vacasa's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
