Coastal escape with 2 water-view balconies 2 pools tennis & beach access

We love the location! Sitting outside on the balcony watching all the boats come by was beautiful! You could easily walk across the road to the ocean side which is a huge plus!

The parking fee was a surprise and steep. You should tell your guest that up front and not surprise them with an email the day before to pay a high parking fee. Even though there was tv's in every room, only the living room tv worked. The remote was missing half the buttons so you had to guess and hope for the best. The blankets in the living room were stained and needed washing and one of the comforters had a brown stain on it. That was minor things and didn't bother our stay any.

The location was perfect. Close to Flora-Bama and Perdido Bay bridge. The balcony that overlooked the water by ONO island was very, very nice. We enjoyed watching all the boats going up and down the water and parking there to spend the day. The room was very nice. Bedrooms were very good, kitchen was well stocked and very nice.

What I did not like was the fact that you had to pay for parking. $62 per car.That was very aggravating to me I guess because you do not know about it until after you book the room. Then my options were to not show up and then they would have charged me 50% any way and same way if I terminated the stay. Very upsetting! Also the door would not lock! I called the manager directly ( I had his number for some reason, I dont remember why) He was very good and easy to contact-he walked me through how to do the lock. It worked one time and we never could get it to work again. So most of the time the door was unlock and the lock would not work!

The location was excellent! The staff was very friendly!

We did have to wait on them to finish cleaning after our check in time!

Loved the location between the bay and ocean with views of both. Beautifully decorated

Master mattress was a little uncomfortable.
