Rules: Primary renter 25+, no smoking, pets, or parties.
Requirements: Signed agreement & $300 refundable deposit/authorization hold.
Max 2 vehicles; HOA/building management collects parking funds ~$62.50 each (subject to change).
Boats: First-come slips are $300/wk + $50 fee ($350 total), 7-day pre-registration, insurance/registration required.

To ensure a seamless arrival, please note the parking policy:
You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to your arrival. (Limit 2 vehicles; approximately $62.10 per pass).
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
No smoking
No pets
No parties or excessive noise
Guest required to sign a rental agreement. $300 Security Deposit is required and processed by host.
Max 2 vehicles.
Parking passes must be purchased online from Wind Drift prior to arrival. Each unit is permitted (2) vehicles maximum per stay. Guest registration is (1) per vehicle at $62.50 each. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Guest registration is valid for a maximum of (7) days. Longer stays will require re-registration. Once you register you will be sent a gate code for the complex.

It was very good for the price. We needed a place for 5 people so our options were kind of limited unless we wanted to blow the budget. Parking is an extra 10 a day that's not including in the booking. Make sure you take care of that up front because it is a gated parking lot. We arrived after the office was closed, so we had an issue getting in. The property manager does send you a link to complete but it doesn't clearly say about not being able to get into the parking lot or needing to pay an additional fee. I was confused about having to pay because it says something about guest parking and allowing parking, so I assumed we we the "guests." Also, fill out the visitor parking placard and put on your dash. The homeowners association gave everyone warnings before booting a bunch of cars, even though our license plate numbers and vehicle was registered.Overall, it was a great location and a nice but dated place. We would probably stay there again. There were some maintenance issues (faucet and a towel rod kept falling off) but I had less of a problem with that than the parking confusion. It was clean and in a great location Random but "Orange Beach boat rentals" were AWESOME. Floria-bama restaurant was underwhelming and had very slow service...

I would say over all it was okay … but the condo needs a lot of updates … dishwasher isn’t steady and I was scared that it wasn’t closing so I did not run the dishes … shower in main bed room .. sprays water … balcony table was very rusty
