Lei Lani 304 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has 2 kings beds and sofa sleeper with fully equipped kitchen and two full baths. The unit is approximately 949 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area and the master bedroom. King, King and Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 6.
Lei Lani Towers is a gulf-front property in Orange Beach, Alabama. Lei Lani has an outdoor and indoor pool as well as a bbq area and there is a tennis court and pier access across the street. The Lei Lani gulf-front tower went through a major renovation including but not limited to; new exterior coating, entire building re-painted, all new sliding glass doors, windows, balconies, elevators, etc. This was completed in April/May of 2026. There is a 2-car limit and you must be 21 years of age to rent.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

The condo was everything we needed for our stay at Orange Beach. It was super convenient to get to the beach, the view was great and the condo was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable! It was easy to get a hold of the property manager they were extremely responsive.

This was our 2nd time to stay in this unit. It is well stocked, clean, and has a great AC.

Lovely, peaceful locationComfortable balcony to watch many dolphins swim by daily, marred only by constant smokers who violated the no smoking policy and no recourse for us but to go inside all the time.We always expect cold nights in February but the sliding patio door in main bedroom leaked so much cold air that the drapes moved a lot! We did need to turn heat on to offset the cold bedroom. The toilet paper holder in main bath kept falling off. If these items are corrected, Lei Lani would be more comfortable for a 13 night stay.We have rented via Gulf Shores Rentals over the year with high success. This property did not seem to fit their high standard that we associate with their name. We would not recommend this property at this time.
