• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Great location and beach was just across the street. The balcony was nice and had a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay again

Great location. Easy access to indoor and outdoor pools. With traffic light up from property it was easy to cross overto the beach side and access the beach through the main property boardwalk.Floors could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. Overall I would rent again.

Was a great stay overall , indoor pool was very cold and not a lot of light when the sun went down, very small and dark . Parking was alittle confusing as we were woken up with loud banging on the door bc we parked under the covering ONE time bc it said for owners/guest . The man was not very friendly. The actual condo was nice, clean and instructions other than parking were very clear !

The Wi-Fi code was incorrect so I had to call the provider
The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working so we had to purchase ice
The next door neighbor has a very loud voice and a very NASTY mouth
