Bellisimo!!!

The location is brilliant! Loving the nature and the swimming pool was very nice. Recomand especially for families with kids. Would definitely go back!

Not all the windows had insect proof thing, so I couldn't leave them open. Lots of insects are a good sign in such a place, but luckily, we had some repelant with us.

Very nice for lazy vacation

It was a great stay in this Villa. Big and verry clean swimming pool. Very nice owners - very pleasant and helpful. We were lucky as we were alone for almost whole week so we had 'private swimming pool' Big shop (Conad) not far away (20 min walk) nice restaurants in the city.

The location is it’s best feature

The rooms where clean and Sergio was very helpful. The washing machine was useful. The beach is close.

This place has a lot of potential but right now I would say it is average. The kitchen nearly had the basics and the garden is not really a place where you want to spend a lot of time.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist etwas oberhalb des Hauptortes. Was aber nicht schlimm ist. In ca. 5 Minuten Autofahrt ist man im Zentrum.

Tutto perfetto

Abbiamo passato una breve vacanza e siamo stati benissimo. Il Sig. Sergio, simpaticissimo e disponibile. Struttura nel verde, pulita, molto accogliente. Era quello che cercavamo per relax e mare. Grazie Sergio!

wundervoll wir kommen wieder! Molte grazie cari padroni di casa!

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, inmitten von Olivernhaine und Weinbergen. Es ist eine malerische Kulisse. Es man befindet sich im Zentrum und umgeben von drei wundervollen kleinen Burgen. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Wir fuhren entweder mit den Auto dorthin (5Min Fahrtzeit) oder mit dem Fahrrad (7Min Fahrtzeit). Die Fahrräder liegen wir uns bei einen in der Nähe liegenden HooPark. Die Gegend um das Haus ist wundervoll, ich ging jeden Tag mit dem Hund dort spazieren und konnte mich nicht satt sehen. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich lieb und familiär. Wir bekamen Eier geschenkt von ihren Hühner. Ich tausche dann Eier gegen Eier-Waffeln. 😉 Die Vermieter erkundigen sich mehrmals ob etwas fehlte oder wir etwas benötigen. Und fehlte es an nichts. Ich denke niemand erwartet alles und genau baugleich zum eigenen Zuhause zu haben. Ich war aber sehr positiv überrascht über die Ausstattung der Küche. Ebenso begeistert war ich von der Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft. An meinem letzten Urlaubsort musste ich immer erstmal den Boden wischen und es fehlte sehr viel. Hier waren unmengen an Küchenutensielien vorhanden. Einen Wasserkocher hatte ich eh selbst dabei. Es gab eine Mikrowelle, einen Herd, einen Backofen und zu meiner restlos Begeisterung eine Waschmaschine unter der Treppe von außen zu erreichen. Das hat mir den gesamten Urlaub versüßt. Ich hatte zu Hause keine Wäschereien. Ich war mit meinem Mann, meinen Sohn und meiner Schwester und ihrem Mann im Haus Rosa untergebracht. Es gab extra Handtücher im einen der Schränke und der Pool wird jeden Abend gereinigt und ist wundervoll. Wir haben einen Ausflug zur Insel Elba unternommen und waren in Pisa und Firenze. Alles gut erreichbar und gibt auch den Kulturellen Bedürfnis Zufriedenheit. Die Strände in der Nähe des Hauses Casa de Lecceto sind allesamt wundervoll. Wir waren immerwieder am anderen und ich kann mich nicht entscheiden welche besser war. Jeder hatte etwas.

Relax a 20 min dal mare

L’appartamento è fantastico il verde fuori con tante piante di agrumi , e la piscina penso sia un altro valore aggiusto anche se non l’ho potuta usare essendoci stato di aprile .

Se proprio devo trovare delle piccole pecche , ma lo dico solo per migliorare la struttura che già è top ; La tenda alla doccia ed il letto non troppo grande e non il massimo della comodità a mio parere .
