it’s hard to organize taxi if you did not bring your own car. not a problem of the hotel. they went above and beyond to get a taxi for us. it is a general infrastructure issue in that part of the country

Great Location in a Typical Italian Town

Beautiful property in a nice quiet location on the outskirts of Venturina, but close to the Calidario thermal pool. I think it would be a great location for a stay close to the Tuscan Coast and to explore the local wineries (Petra, Gualdo del Re, Bolgheri)

Wifi was a bit weak and unpredictable, but then I did use it a lot for work calls.

Beautiful place to relax and great base for excursions to cultural and natural spots of Tuscany

Louise from the reception was very helpful explaining us the very easy self-check-in procedure as we arrived very late and also warmly welcomed us the next day. She also took great care when we once had a little problem with the electricity (which was our fault). We loved the view from the spacious balcony and also the beautiful garden and pool area. Everything is very clean, designed with love for the detail and well-equipped. We felt very safe there also in Covid times as everything is so spacious and the appartments have their own entrances. The place is located a five minutes walk from the Etruscan Calidario Terme where you can go for a swim in thermal water and do certain wellness treatments and which has a great bar/restaurant. Il Bottaccio is also in walking distance from the center of Venturina Terme where you find shops and some cafes and Pizzerias and it's a 10 minutes drive from the sea (e.g. San Vincenzo with a lot of restaurants etc. and Baratti beach which is amazing for long beach walks with a view) .

WIFI could be a bit faster - it's sufficient for checking mails and so on, but not recommendable in case you plan to work from there.

Comoda e piacevole sosta post terme

Bellissima location immersa nel verde degli ulivi, posto silenzioso, lontano dalle strade principali ma ben collegata per arrivare alle terme, al mare e allo svincolo autostradale. Host super reattivo per indicazioni check in e consigli sul territorio. Vivamente consigliato!

Bellissima struttura

La struttura è davvero bella e accogliente, circondata da uno splendido giardino di ulivi e una bellissima piscina! È a pochi passi dalle terme il che la rende molto strategica, l'appartamento in cui siamo stati è pulito e nuovo, qualità prezzo ottimo! Peccato per il servizio della colazione non incluso ma c'è una cucina per cui è possibile organizzarsi.. Torneremo!

Oltre alle aspettative

Innanzitutto un grazie allo staff che è stato super gentile cortese e disonibile. La struttura è meravigliosa, immersa nel verde e curata all'esterno ed all'interno a livelli maniacali. Gode di un area verde stupenda che da una sensazione di pace unica. Gli appartamenti sono caldi,accoglienti e molto puliti. All'interno non manca nulla a livello di cucina e confort. Ci rivedremo sicuramente 😊

Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage. Leider war ich nur eine Nachr dort, würde aber gerne wieder einmal dort übernachten. Check-In, Check-Out, Kommunikation - alles wahnsinnig unkompliziert.

Lo que más nos gustado fue que ubicación, las instalaciones, la piscina, la calma del lugar , el parque y su vegetación, las habitaciones y el espacio que había en ellas, la limpieza. Pero si hay algo que destacar es el recibimiento y la atención de Eva que fue sobresaliente. Sus recomendaciones fueron muy bien apreciadas.

Wspaniały basen i gaj oliwny - cały teren jest bardzo zadbany :) Bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem jest wydzielone pomieszczenie przygotowane jako pralnia. Bardzo pomocny i przesympatyczny personel.
