Excellent, comfortable, professionaly run holiday apartment

Very nice, comfortable holiday apartment with everything we needed and even a lot of thoughtful extras. Very professionaly run by a friendly host. Nicely modernised and the little balcony was nice for meals. In a local neighbourhood apartment building so not in a holiday residence complex. Parking close by on the road was no problem.

Super Wohnung in bestem Zustand und alles vorhanden.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung , außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber . Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, von außen nicht sehr schön aber innen alles tip top und in bestem Zustand. Ich habe gar nichts auszusetzen.

Eccellente soluzione per chi visita il Calidario e le Terme

Una delle migliori strutture alloggiative in cui abbia mai soggiornato. L'appartamento è molto ampio ed è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio. E' stato ristrutturato recentemente ed arredato con grande gusto, particolare attenzione ed estrema cura dei particolari. Il livello di pulizia in tutta la casa è massimo. Dotato di ben tre televisori (nelle due camere e nel soggiorno), così come di altrettanti climatizzatori, che peraltro non abbiamo quasi mai acceso poiché l'appartamento ha un'ottima ventilazione naturale anche in agosto. Dotato di tutti gli accessori ed elettrodomestici necessari, è privo solo di lavatrice che comunque non rappresenta un problema data la vicinanza con una lavanderia a gettoni. Ottimo il wi-fi che necessita solo di un aggiornamento tecnico per garantire una maggiore stabilità. La posizione attigua al Calidario e alle Terme di Venturina, nelle immediate vicinanze, fanno di questa struttura un eccellente compromesso per chi desidera approfittare di una pausa di benessere e relax. Stefano è un host assolutamente professionale, dedito a supportare gli ospiti in ogni loro necessità e prodigo di consigli e di materiale illustrativo utile per ogni tipo di escursione. Assolutamente gradita la dolce ed inaspettata accoglienza della proprietà con brioches e cornetti che hanno reso le nostre colazioni (seppur non previste nel pacchetto offerto) particolarmente gradevoli e piacevoli. Consiglio anche di assaggiare l'olio bio prodotto da Stefano, una eccellenza del territorio. In definitiva, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno di diversi giorni in un ambiente familiare, confortevole e rilassante e che visiterò sicuramente anche in futuro nelle prossime gite e passaggi in zona.

Una casa super TOP in cui tornare

Il proprietario, Stefano, è stato di rara gentilezza, l'appartamento è addirittura più bello delle foto, la pulizia è impeccabile "a prova di RIS", i letti ultracomodi con possibilità di scegliere l'altezza del cuscino, tutto perfettamente funzionante e dotato di tutti gli accessori che servono per un soggiorno perfetto. Aggiungo un valore per me fondamentale: il silenzio regna assoluto pur essendo in un condominio. Consiglio a tutti, senza riserve, Etrusca Shabby Chic

Per rendere la casa ancora più perfetta della perfezione consiglierei di mettere le zanzariere alle finestre per evitare di usare l'aria condizionata durante le notti afose

Une belle semaine en famille

On a fortement apprécié l'emplacement par rapport aux plages et le calme du quartier. On a toujours trouvé de la place pour se garer dans la rue. Les lits sont très confortables. La climatisation est un vrai plus. Stefano, notre hôte, a été très disponible et a répondu à nos nombreuses questions, c'est un homme très gentil et bienveillant.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à laver et de lave-vaisselle dans l'appartement. Mais nous nous en sommes contentés.

Colazione ottima e abbondante. Stefano persona squisita, cortese, disponibile, professionalmente impeccabile. Appartamento favoloso, pulitissimo, ampio, completo di ogni comfort, in posizione tranquilla. Consigliatissimo!

Ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e ben attrezzato con tutti i confort, sia in cucina che in bagno e nelle camere. Doccia spaziosa e molto comoda. A disposizione 3 condizionatori, nelle camere e nell'ampio soggiorno. Cucina attrezzata con pentole, utensili e stoviglie. Balconcino utile anche per un aperitivo o pranzo/cena ombreggiato con tende pulite e niove; inoltre, c'è un pozzetto per lavare costumi o altro. Padrone di casa gentile e disponibile per qualunque bisogno. Posizione strategica per raggiungere tante belle spiagge in auto o moto e il Calidario a piedi

Appartamento in condominio ben organizzato, pulito, accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Arredamento curato in ogni dettaglio. Per la colazione, si possono guastare dolci di pasticceria confezionati, caffè te e tisane. Consigliatissimo!
