Nice hotel with excellent pool

We spent there 4 nights and could not get a dinner in the restaurant which will be open tomorrow... Even we received 10% discount voucher for the dinner, but could not use that. The restaurant was closed for lunch as well... It is only a small thing that we could get esspresso at the breakfast from an automatic coffee maker, which is much weaker than those ones the staff prepared for us one and two years ago

Very nice people in the reception and in the restaurant. Very good breakfast with non gluten and lactose free options. Very clean and well maintained. Fantastic swimming pool area (indoor and outdoor).

The pool

Location was very rural. Staff had no idea about the buses - they said it was impossible to get around by bus - it was really easy, and cheap! Restaurant was closed and we didn't know so had to walk into town.

We loved this place because of the thermal waters. We would definitely return.

The thermal pool was excellent, and the 2nd even warmer pool with the jets and pressured waterfalls and hot tub area was fabulous. You could also buy drinks and snacks beside the pool. The bartender was very friendly and made us great aperol spritzs.

I wish they had a dinner restaurant on the premises. The cost to rent a pool towel was way too expensive.

No restaurant for a dinner available in the hotel or close area around, you have to travel to the town centre, swimmimg pool closing time 7pm in summer. Breakfast looks very nicely arranged but majority of food are cakes, one kind of cheese, one kind of ham, no vegetables.

Briliant stay-over before sailing from San Vincenzo

We stayed a night in the hotel before checking-in on our chartered sailboat in San Vincenzo (19-ninute drive). We were allowed to use the facilities and pool until lunchtime on Saturday, and after lunch we were right on schedule to check-in. What a relaxed way to start our sailing trip!

No chargers fir electric cars on the parking of the hotel. However, there is an Enel X 50 kW supercharger in the area, a few minutes away.

the common bathroom leave you in the dark once you enter it. the sensor doesn’t work correctly so men and people with disabilities will experience the light turn off, leaving them in pitch dark during their crucial moment.

Venturina experience

Swimming pool very clean as well all SPA area. Bar nearby the pool offer , restaurant very good also if closed in the evening and same menu (but several choices) during the week. Bar available 24h 🤣🥲

I would stay for 2-3 days max

- Staff is excellent (politeness, hospitality, immediate readiness to help with all our needs). My high rating is only due to them, they really love their hotel and guests. - Room cleaning is every day and very diligent. - Every second day bed linen exchange, ideal cleanliness - good breakfast with very fresh products of good quality, omelette, cheese and ham, lots of pastry. - salads at the lunch of good variety and very fresh - big and clean pool

- it’s our second stay in the hotel, and the first one was in 2018, and it’s a pity that it’s worsening, but only staff is stable and same excellent. We were choosing this time based on our prior visit impression. - no dinner, you are really suffering where to eat (need to book taxi, drive car, or walk ~1 km to nearest pizzeria/restaurants). We were visiting without car for 10 days. - only sandwiches available at the lunch as a hot dish. You could ask to cook pasta with tomatoes for you, but it’s not very convenient to eat pasta every day. - room requires renovation (spots on the floor, smell in the bathroom) - pool working hours is limiting (open at 9am which is too late if you want to do your early morning swim) - internet is very week in the room and better in lobby, not working in the pool at all - no yoga class or fitness room if you want to exercise, you should do it in the room which is not big

Swimming pool was great and staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there was such an impressive selection, especially of Italian pastries! It was close enough to Buca delle Fate to enjoy a good hike & swim.

The bed was hard and not that comfortable, and the room a little bare. We would return, expecting perhaps in non-coronavirus times the rooms would have bar fridge options and some more toiletries supplied (e.g. vanity set).

Quasi un piccolo angolo di paradiso

La posizione delle terme a 2 passi dal mare, parcheggio ampio, la piscina termale disponibile fino a tarda serata, che ti permette di rilassarti qualche minuto anche dopo cena, il personale è stato abbastanza flessibile da concedere un late checkout, colazione buona. Apprezzata la bottiglia d’acqua in omaggio con i bicchieri in vetro.

Aria condizionata rumorosa, come hanno indicato anche altri ospiti.. di giorno si nota poco ma la notte si sente abbastanza. Io ho preferito aprire le finestre nella notte più calda, ma siccome non hanno zanzariere, purtroppo sono stata massacrata dalle zanzare/ pappataci. Al checkout mi hanno detto che avrei potuto chiedere un cambio camera, ma siccome prima di prenotare, avevo letto diverse recensioni che lamentavano lo stesso problema, non ero molto propensa a rifare le valigie per poi magari ritrovarmi lo stesso problema. Questo è stato l’unico problema. Detto questo, secondo me essendo un quattro stelle, ci sono molti dettagli da migliorare: - la comunicazione tramite Booking: probabilmente usano degli automatismi, che però possono creare confusione: nel primo messaggio di conferma dell prenotazione è indicato che devo decidere se interessata a cenare, rispondo che vorrei decidere appena arrivo, visto che ero per strada ed in seguito la loro risposta è che il ristorante è chiuso in quel giorno. - il personale è professionale, ma freddo, distaccato. È difficile vedere un sorriso da parte dello staff, quindi non è facile sentirsi accolti. - la moquette - nella mia camera si notavano screpolature nei muri, nel bagno ci sono macchie di incrostazione sul lavandino, nel bagno ho trovato lo spazzolone nel wc ( non nel suo supporto)! - minibar vuoto… per un 4 stelle ti aspetti un minimo di fornitura con un listino prezzi; in omaggio 1 bottiglia di acqua per tutto il soggiorno - a colazione è successo in almeno due mattina di fila che mi hanno chiesto 2 volte ( 2 persone diverse, a pochi minuti l’una dall’altra) il numero della stanza, il che denota o mal organizzazione o mancata comunicazione tra lo staff. Sicuramente il prezzo vale il soggiorno, ma rivedendo alcuni dettagli, come quelli sopra indicati ma anche altri, sicuramente l’esperienza dell’ospite potrebbe migliorare.
