With a surface area of 322 m², it can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features a 40 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, six spacious bedrooms, six shower rooms and a 530 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
In the first gite, on the first floor :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, a sitting area and a dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : A double bed (140x190) with a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace of 7.5 m².
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with en-suite shower room and WC and a 7.5 m² terrace.
- 2 separate WCs
- Room with washing machine and tumble dryer
In the first gite, on the first floor :
- Room 3 : Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with a bathroom with shower and WC adjoining
- Room 4 : Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with a shower room and adjoining toilet
- A mezzanine with table soccer, board games and books
In the second gite, on the first floor :
- Room 5 : Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with a shower room and adjoining toilet
