Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.
1206 Sea Crest is a spacious 2nd-floor corner villa in the Sea Crest complex where you can enjoy direct oceanfront views.
As you enter the front door into a small foyer, you will notice the very nice plank-style flooring. To the left is a guest bedroom with two queen beds, a bench seat, and an accent chair. The sliding doors open to a private covered balcony where there are two high-top Adirondack chairs to enjoy the views of the resort lagoons, pool, and ocean. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a double granite-topped vanity and a large walk-in shower.
Just off the foyer to the right, you'll find the second bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with two full-size beds and a cozy accent chair. This room offers convenient access to the adjacent hall bathroom, which features a double vanity, a luxurious soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower.
As you move beyond the foyer, you’re welcomed into a bright and beautiful open space featuring the kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a sleek flat-top stove. A cozy kitchen nook offers a high-top table for two, plus two additional seats at the countertop, perfect for casual meals or conversation.
The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sectional and two rocking chairs, surrounded by large windows that flood the space with sunlight and showcase stunning ocean views.
Just beyond the living room and kitchen is the dining room, featuring a glass-topped table that seats six against a striking mirror accent wall. Adjacent to the kitchen is the master bedroom, complete with a king bed and a stylish accent chair. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. Out here, you’ll find two chairs and a high-top table for two, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The ensuite bathroom features a double granite vanity and a spacious walk-in shower, adding a touch of luxury to your retreat.

Clean unit with beautiful views, plenty of room for our family of six. Conveniently located and walking distance to shopping, dining, and grocery store. Pool Bar Jim’s is awesome we ate there repeatedly. We had one maintenance issue and it was addressed immediately. If only the beautiful lagoon fountains would have been operating it would have been perfect, we love Seacrest and this is the best unit we have stayed in!

Beautiful home. However, the lagoon was not operational and it really marred the view from the condo. Part of why we wanted this condo was the view of the property, pool and then the ocean. We were not advised the lagoon and water feature were drained. The other issue was the water coming up from the floor in one of the closets. It was a slow leak. That and bathroom toilets that kept running. We called the property management and they sent out maintenance. Neither the floor nor the toilets were fixed. We didn’t use that closet during our stay. When the amenities state what’s available in the kitchen, that’s it. There were no filters for the coffee maker, no aluminum foil or plastic wrap or things like that. So, pack those items for your stay.The management company was responsive and helpful. The concierge service provided great recommendations. Even when the bike company messed up the bike lock and didn’t fix it, Island Time came and took care of it. The beach is beautiful and clean. The condo is very conveniently located to pools, bar/restaurant and beach. Even better is that it is next to Coligny Plaza where you can find many shops, restaurants, and a grocery store.

The condo was very comfortable, however we rented at 1206 Seacrest to enjoy the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The lagoon was drained and an eye sore. I wish I had been told that the lagoon would be drained during this time. Very poor communication.
