SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.
What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.
Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026
Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

Beware! This spectacular 5th floor penthouse will make you never want to leave the Island! Also, strong Wi-Fi easily accommodates working/schooling remotely, so stay awhile and enjoy the beach and other amenities when you wish.
Comfortable furnishings and panoramic ocean views like no other appeal to the senses. Can't you just smell the salty air and hear the waves lapping against the shore? Three master bedrooms make for restful sleep. A well-appointed kitchen is the perfect space for preparing epicurean delights to serve in the large dining area or on the spacious balcony. Not a chef? Clean and fresh. Good towels, ample kitchen amenities. LARGE bathrooms and bedrooms. Beach view and sunrise/sunset outstanding views. PoolBar Jim's right there. Just across the street restaurants and bars and cute shop selections.

Beautiful Villa. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family. Perfect location, just across the road from Coligny! We will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
