Welcome to Sea Crest 3103 - a beautifully updated oceanfront three bedroom villa that can host a group of up to eleven guests.
This recently renovated villa is elevated on the first level of the complex and does have elevator access. It features a wonderful oceanfront view plus it is right next to one of the complex pools. It has direct access to all of the amenities that the Sea Crest complex has to offer. There are two large complex pools located just steps away from the beach and did we mention the Island's iconic beachfront bar, Pool Bar Jim's, is located on-site! The condo also has wireless internet access.
The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has seating for up to six. Additional seating is available bar top or on one of the many balconies! The living room is open to the kitchen making it a perfect entertaining area. The living room has plenty of seating plus oceanfront views. There is a flat screen television and direct access to one of the balconies overlooking both the pool and the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful ocean views with balcony access. There is also a flat screen television and walk-in closet. The private master bath features a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and his-and-her sinks.
The second bedroom has two queen beds plus a twin daybed and more oceanfront views to soak in! There is a flat screen television, table with seating and another ocean view balcony. The private guest bathroom has his-and-her sinks, soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is the perfect spot for the kiddos! It has a pyramid bunk (full on the bottom, twin on the top) plus a twin daybed. This bedroom has a flat screen television, a private bathroom with his-and-her sinks, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

We enjoyed a very comfortable five night stay to celebrate my Moms 80th birthday. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as displayed on the listing. The convenience to Pool Bar Jim’s, and umbrella rentals was amazing. It was also convenient to be steps away from Coligny! 11/10

This property was gorgeous! We came down from MA for our April vacation and were blown away when we walked in. The property was clean, easily accessible and had gorgeous views! We have 3 kids (3, 15 and 17) and there was something to do for all of them. We would highly recommend this property!!

Couldnt find a better location. So close to everything, and on the first floor so it is a quick hop down to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated. and the management company did an amazing job communicating with us and bringing us all our items we needed. We would love to come again!

This villa is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed! Check-in was a breeze, and the property management company called us after we arrived to make sure we were satisfied. The location is great, we had an amazing ocean view, and the villa overlooked the pool too. The beach was just steps away from the pools, and Jim's Pool Bar at the resort has great drinks and food. Coligny Plaza is right across the street; lots of places to eat and shop without even having to get in your car. Having a washer & dryer in the villa was very convenient too. They even supplied blow dryers, one less item to pack! We were thrilled with this villa and will definitely book it again!!
