SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.
What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.
Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026
Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.
Personally hand-crafted by Robert Graves, Sr., a pioneer and one of the first developers on Hilton Head Island, you are assured of the ultimate in decor, comfort, convenience and location. The fully-equipped kitchens in these combined villas are perfect for creating an epicurean masterpiece or fixing a picnic lunch to enjoy at the beach. Smell that coffee brewing in the morning and take a cup with you for a morning stroll along the shore with the cool ocean waters tickling your toes. Breathe in the fresh sea air. Perhaps you'll enjoy a hearty breakfast when you return, or sit at the dining table to map out your island adventures for your stay. Be sure to fit in some pool time as you are just steps away from the indoor pool, outdoor pools (only heated in March and April) and hot tub!
Maybe biking around Hilton Head is on your list, outdoor adventures like ziplining, parasailing, trying out the many dining options or shopping in the unique boutiques nearby. Get a beach volleyball game together with your guests. Set up your lounge chair on the beach and enjoy a good book. There is so much to do here that you will certainly want to return.

The units comfortably accommodate our family of 9. We love the location, with the private access to the beach. The units are beautifully decorated, with all necessary ammenities. We did have an issue with our clothes dryer not working, which we noticed on a Tuesday. Unfortunately it wasn't repaired until Thursday, which was a bit of an inconvenience for the size of our party. However, the serviceman was very professional and courteous.

We enjoyed our second year at this property again. We did notice that the porch outdoor furniture was stained and appeared dirty. The LR white couch is ready for a hood clean too. Otherwise, our stay was great.

This condo is fabulous! The service provided by Host to Coast was impeccable. Grocery delivery option suggested by Host to Coast was awesome. The groceries were in the condo when we arrived!
