The house was beautiful.Fully equipped kitchen. The pool was great, loved playing games on the screened porch, close to the beach and coligny plaza. Comfortable beds.

This is a great house for larger group ( we had 7 adults/7 kids). Pool and Hot Tub were well used along w easily walkable beach. Owner has thought of everything…quality beach chairs, high caliber beach towels, wagon, all appliances you need, ice maker by pool, 2nd fridge, etc. large eating table for whole group to eat together. Couldn’t have been better, and would use again. Property manager was thorough, communicative , and a pleasure to work with. 10/10.

Eddy and his team were absolutely wonderful when it came to communication and the easy check-in process. The house was in immaculate condition and everything was as described. The location was a HUGE plus and we couldn't say enough in how positive our experience was for our first time in Hilton Head Island. I HIGHLY recommend this property and we look forward to booking here again!

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations- swam in the heated pool every day( even at night) , very easy close walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach, the house is decorated beautifully, everything was perfect
