This fantastic 7-bedroom, 7.5-bath beach house has lovely inside and outside living spaces. The garage has a game room, and the deck off the main floor boasts a pool, spa, and sunning area. Beautiful decks off the upper floor overlook the pool.
Inside, gorgeous wood floors and beautiful furnishings and fixtures give this north forest beach home a low country, coastal vibe. The open kitchen, living, and dining areas have ample seating, whether for dining or relaxing, all surrounded by windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both luxurious and comfortable. This coastal home has it all and steps away from our beautiful Hilton Head beaches.

Great location and most of the house was functioning and in good working condition. We had a few issues, the hot water pressure was poor, the refrigerator was leaking, and the company was aware of the issue when I called. The housekeeping upon arrival appeared rushed. The most concrrning was a broken railing on the 2nd floor pool deck. We notified the company, they had someone come take pictures, but nothing was done about it. Otherwise a great stay with 2 multi genrational families.

Awesome stay in Hilton head. House was the perfect size for our family of 12 adults. Allowed everyone their own bedrooms but plenty of community space for meals, games, tv and pool time. Super close to beach access and Coligny plaza. Will definitely return.

The home is beautiful and located perfectly from the beach and Coligny Plaza. A few suggestions: 1. The Air Conditioner did not maintain a cool temperature on either floor of the house. It was 78-81 degrees at all times which was extremely uncomfortable, especially at night.2. The main refrigerator and freezer leaked water and the freezer had a temperature swing that melted all of our ice and ice cream, we barely had any items in there from the start. Otherwise everything was great!
