About this house rental
This new constructed (July 2025) 4400 square foot 7-bedroom house on North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island is perfect for your escape to relax with family and friends. It's just 100 yards from the beach and the house has its own large pool and spa in the yard. With 5 king beds, 2 full beds, 2 bunk beds, and a queen size pull out couch, there's plenty of space for 16 people. Each of the 6 full bathrooms is equipped with a shower and 2 have a bathtub as well. The first floor features a 900 square foot great room for people to gather, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a large screened in porch overlooking the pool and yard. The dining room table and kitchen hightop table can accommodate 20 for meals together. The house has high speed internet and TV's in the great room, each bedroom, and two in the outdoor pool area. The house is fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer. There is an elevator to transport bags and people from the garage level to the first and second floors. We also provide you all the beach necessities like beach towels, chairs, and a beach wagon to transport things. We also have a pack n play and high chair provided. There's a four car garage on the ground level and parking for two large trucks/SUV's in front of the house.

This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. We would definitely stay again at this property and also highly recommend for a great vacation.
