This 1 level, four bedroom luxury condo, located in the heart of Avon, is a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola or the transportation center to access the ECO bus into Vail. Restaurants, Yoga/Pilates studio, grocery store, library and Nottingham Lake/park are all easily accessible by foot at this location. Located in the Lodge at Avon Center, you’ll have quick access to Italian, American and Chinese restaurants.

A Washer and Dryer is available in the building, but not in the unit itself. Laundry Facility is located on the same floor near the elevator vestibule and requires an app via a smart phone.

This condo features easy accessibility to Beaver Creek skiing via the Riverfront Gondola or the free bus service, just steps from the door. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The underground parking was helpful for the week up in the mountains. The Itrip communication was excellent - very responsive to questions.

Our two families enjoyed our 6 nights! The condo was very clean and accommodated us very well. The kitchen is well stocked as we cooked every dinner there. The Avon skier shuttle is a two minute walk and the gondola is a 3 minute walk. The communication with the hosts were fabulous. This is our second time staying with an Itrip rental and we hope to be back next year.

I cannot say enough about this 5-star property and impeccable service! From the moment we we booked communication with the property managers was thorough and timely. They prepped us with a great document on location/how to check-in/restaurants in the area/etc. When we had any question while on property they were only a text away. The property itself was so clean and spacious. Each room had a bathroom and the kitchen/living room is spacious and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again in the future. Perfect location to Beaver Creek or super easy drive to Vail.

Location, location, location! This condo could not have been more convenient for our recent 6 night stay. There is a ton of space for guests to spread out, restaurants in the building and plenty of other places to eat within walking distance. We even walked to a day spa for massages! The small washer and dryer set came in handy when I spilled marinara sauce on my shirt. We will book this condo again in the future!
