About this apartment rental
This condo had a $120,000 professionally remodel/renovation completed in Nov 2024. This included NEW carpet, NEW paint, NEW furniture, NEW beds, NEW Appliances, and NEW vanities. Updated pictures are posted. Note: additional resort fees below.
Privately owned premium luxe suite featuring 3-bdrm/3-bath curved end unit in east wing of Resort with large wrap around deck located inside the Brand Name Resort & Spa (I am not allowed to use the name of this hotel/resort & spa in my advertising).

Resort has DIRECT GONDOLA ACCESS to Beaver Creek Mountain and SKI /BOOT VALET. Resort also has free shuttle to BC Village (5 min) and Vail (15 min). No need to rent a car!

Communication w/ host was excellent.This is a great condo w/ a spectacular view of the mountains, lots of light from large windows, a large well stocked kitchen, and 3 large bedrooms.

This was a welcome break for our two families home from home. The location was perfect and the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we need. Our host answer all our question within hours and was always helpful.
