Experience one of the most breathtaking mountain towns in the United States from the comfort of this newly remodeled Mountain Modern 3 bedroom (plus loft) 3 bathroom townhouse that sleeps 12. The owners just purchased this townhouse in September and completed the remodel in early December. This is a great property for one larger family or several smaller families on vacation together. The living room is ideal for the adults to enjoy the fireplace and views while the kids have a separate space in the media room to watch movies, play Xbox or other games.
Located just steps from ski in/out access (plus free shuttle service to the base of Beaver Creek), this large 2000 + square foot townhouse offers unparalleled access to some of the best skiing and mountain biking in the Western Hemisphere. After a day of skiing, you can relax in the newly renovated in-ground hot tub just steps from this townhouse. Summer guests will also be able to enjoy the newly renovated pool.
The Location: Easy ski in/out access (See pictures for ski in / ski out to Bachelor Gulch). This is NOT Slope-side but has easy ski access and free Shuttle to Beaver Creek Village (The Valley Route) and the Centennial Chairlift. There is also easy trail access for snowshoeing and there are two sets of snow shoes and poles for the guests to borrow.
In the summer, amazing hiking and mountain biking right out your front door. The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch is a scenic 20-30 minute hike.

Great ski condo with beautiful furnishings and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or have private space. Everything in working condition which sometimes is tough with rentals. Ski out was a bit of a stretch with a good walk uphill. Ski in was better but took a bit to figure out. We took a different way that was multiple skiways before reading somewhere that we should have used Leave the beav to ridge point skiway. A map in condo or as part of check in docs with that information would have been helpful. The door to door shuttle was very convenient so ended up using that instead. Would definitely choose on mountain lodging again next time just for the convenience of the shuttle. Overall loved our stay and thought the condo was excellent.

This property was amazing. We were 2 couples but could easily accommodate more. Great layout with open living room, dining room, kitchen setup. Super convenient to skiing (3min walk to ski trail) and town ( free shuttle access). Nice hot tub within steps.
Great communication with landlord.
And details were there that make a difference for me: Salt and pepper, coffee filters, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc.
Highly recommended and will likely stay again!

From the initial booking until checkout, Michael was outstanding. He was very responsive any time we had any issues, which were few. His organization and the written instructions he provided were invaluable.
