Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We had a really lovely stay overall and truly enjoyed our time here. The home is comfortable, well laid out, and perfect for spending quality time together. The hot tub was a highlight for us and made the experience especially relaxing and memorable.The kitchen is well equipped with the basic cutlery and essentials a family would need. Everything worked well except the toaster, which wasn’t functioning during our stay—but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.The only area that could use improvement is cleaning. We found a bracelet left on the sofa and an invisialign under the bedside tables, which suggests the turnover cleaning could be more thorough.That said, the positives absolutely outweighed the negatives, and overall the stay was worth it. With a bit more attention to cleaning details, this place would be excellent. We had a great time and would still recommend it.

Excellent option for our large group of adults and young kids, who stayed during the summer season. Particularly liked the nice playground across the street, separation of bedrooms (upstairs) from the living area (downstairs), and well stocked kitchen. There are some finishing details that could use attention: loose faucet handles, challenging water temperature regulation in showers, carpet stains. Overall, a great choice for our crew.

The property was perfect for our group of nine. Very well maintained and very clean. With all the cooking supplies it made it very easy to cook meals at the house. Great location with easily access to Vail, Beaver Creek and Avon. The description of the place was very accurate. The management group responded very promptly and was helpful. Great place and definitely would recommend. Thanks you for making check in and check out very simple.

Really nice updated duplex. Very comfortable beds and linens and everything you could need to cook in kitchen. Was so impressed! Room for 3 cars in driveway, but lots of shoveling of snow and ice melt needed - driveway is a decline to house (we got stuck). The bus stop is out the back of the property. We tried to shovel our way to the fence to get there, but the road plows pile snow too high along side of road for access. Can cheaply park in a nearby lot and take shuttle to BC resort.
