About this house rental
Located in the gorgeous gated community of Arrowhead. Amazing duplex featuring two living spaces. Open concept living/dining/kitchen area is complemented with a private patio perfect to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. The house layout consists of a main level master suite with a king bed. There is a 1/2 bath located on the main floor accessible to the living area. The lower level contains 1 king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 queen bedroom plus a second living area. A second living area, located downstairs, includes a second fireplace, wet bar, game table, and small desk/work area.
Upstairs you will find a lofted area with a crib, a sitting area and sofa. Additionally there is a bunk room, with two bunk beds (4 beds total) and a trundle bed. Finally, there is a queen room with a jack and jill bathroom located between the rooms. *** Newly installed central air conditioning.
This family-friendly Avon vacation home is located in the mountains, approximately 0.9miles from Arrowhead Ski Area and Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Henry A. Nottingham Park and Beaver Creek Golf Course are also within 2 mi (3 km).

We had 4 families staying together in this house. The host was exceptional with communication whenever I had a question. The house was perfect for the group, especially the bunk room for the kids. Arrowhead is a great location for a ski trip with easy access to the lifts. I highly recommend the property!

Excellent stay for our late February ski week at Beaver Creek. Amenities like robes and laundry baskets were thoughtful and top notch. There were even towels for the community hot tub which was right across the street. The house was beautiful (note, it is the back half of a duplex) and well stocked since we had family dinners each night and were able to find all our cooking needs met. There was a thoughtful "pay it forward" beer fridge next to the game table in the basement, and many games & puzzles as well. Communication with Meg was easy and responsive so any needs were taken care of right away. You can use an app for the Arrowhead shuttle service to take you to/from the close by Arrow Bahn lift fairly easily, or it could drop you off at the bus stop at the bottom of Beaver Creek resort. Fabulous stay and the week went by too quickly!

Everything you could possibly want in a family vacation home. plenty of room and privacy for 3 families. quiet neighborhood. Meg even accommodated our early arrival. Five stars! felt very homey.
