Beautiful grounds, good food, friendly service.

Beautiful property and facilities. Restaurant on premise was very good and needed as there is not much immediately near the property.

Try to arrive during the day. The property is located about a mile up a winding, narrow dirt road. Just be prepared.

very diisapointing stay.

We ordered a Quadruple room for two people but when we arrived they gave us a regular double room, saying we are only two people. They demanded extra 50% price for the Quadruple room. Showing them all the reservation details fron Booking did not help. We ended up staying in a double room with two separate beds that is suitable for children. The staff treated us very rudely.

We LOVED this place. The views are stunning and it's an easy drive from Orvieto. The setting is idyllic, and the perfect place to rest and recover from the transatlantic jet lag. We arrived really late and they had waited for us, and asked if we needed dinner. The area around the far were beautiful, and my toddler enjoyed wandering around without worrying about cars. The pool was lovely and refreshing, the food was great, the hosts were lovely and so caring. I would 1000% recommend this place.

Beautiful relaxing place to be and unwind.

Lovely place to stay and relax after a long drive from the Messina ferry. Would certainly return for more of a mini break.

WiFi was patchy in the room we stayed in. Would not have been a problem if we were not needing it for work.

Wonderful stay in the Italian countryside

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Enjoyed the pool and just walking the lovely grounds. We ate dinner at the restaurant on property and it was incredible! Enjoyed the breakfast as well.

I didn’t realize when booking that there was no AC. It was quite hot during our stay, so I would not recommend it during the hottest part of summer.

I I wish i could have stayed more than the one night

the location is stunning with a large garden and amazing views. the hosts kind and friendly. I’m vegetarian and they willingly adapted dishes for me from the very meat centred menu.

Absolutely stunning

Incredibly beautiful accommodation in Umbria. A nice swimming pool, friendly stuff (thanks for the lovely birthday cake!) and one of the best restaurants we ate during our stay in Italy. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet spot to rest and enjoy the stunning landscape.

Natura e buon cibo

La struttura immersa nel verde, fa sentire di essere totalmente circondati dalla natura e dona quella sensazione di tranquillità che si cerca facendo agriturismo. La camera era accogliente e molto calda nonostante il periodo invernale freddo. Colazione abbondante e varia. Il servizio di ristorazione previsto per la cena è comodo e di ottima qualità.

Forse solamente il poco isolamento acustico tra le camere,, almeno della struttura distaccata da quella centrale dove ho alloggiato 2 volte in camere distinte. Si sente quasi tutto.

Schöner Aufenthalt in alten Mauern.

Schönes altwürdiges Anwesen mit Park und Plantagen. Wunderschöne Lage mit Rundumblick. Gute Frühstück. Orvieto ist sehr sehenswert.

Wir hatten die Pension wegen des eigenen Restaurants gewählt. Leider war das Restaurant zu, als wir ankamen. Vielleicht weil es Sonntag Abend war.

Altes Bauernhaus mit Charme

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und sind spät angekommen und bei Nebel früh morgens wieder abgefahren. Daher können wir die Gegend und den Garten nicht bewerten. Liegt absolut ruhig und romantisch zwischen Wein und Olivenbäumen. Gefallen hat uns das große Zimmer und dass es schön warm war. Heizung ist ja nicht in allen Unterkünften eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Gutes Restaurant mit sehr netten Personal ist gleich dabei.

Sehr schlechtes Frühstück. Altes Brot. Eine Salami, billiger Käse. Angebote wie Z.B. Rührei wurde nur auf Nachfrage angeboten. Zimmer wurden schlecht gereinigt. Duschtür hatte tagelang dieselben Kalkspritzer am Glas. Boden wurde unzureichend gereinigt.

Un soggiorno bucolico

Nonostante ci sia una stradina un po’ tortuosa per arrivare, la “fatica” vale la pena! Il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nella natura e silenzioso. La piscina ad uso esclusivo è un gioiellino tra gli alberi. Camere pulitissime e personale gentilissimo! Io consiglio di cenare lì perché i piatti sono buonissimi e fatti con prodotti eccezionali! Noi abbiamo bevuto vino fatto dal loro vigneto.. spettacolare! Consigliassimo!

Breve ma intenso, paesaggio incantevole

Struttura molto curata e pulita con piscina immersa nel verde da cui si gode di una magnifica vista su Orvieto. Ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi. Ho apprezzato molto che la piscina fosse a disposizione ad uso esclusivo dei clienti della struttura.

Premetto che la struttura è molto bella e la consiglio. Nel mio caso personale, ci sono stati alcuni dettagli che non ho apprezzato. Ho prenotato il giorno prima della partenza e probabilmente era l’unica camera rimasta solo che non era segnalato al momento della prenotazione che la camera fosse accessibile tramite una scala a chiocciola molto ripida e stretta. L’abbiamo saputo tramite un messaggio qualche ora prima della partenza. Fortunatamente avevamo un bagaglio leggero anche se la salita e la discesa vanno fatte con estrema cautela. E se fossimo stati anziani o con difficoltà motorie ? Inoltre il bagno piccolissimo era privo di bidet. Anche questa é stata una sorpresa: al momento della prenotazione il bidet era nelle dotazioni della camera come altre cose che in realtà non c’erano (tipo il bollitore) o gli armadi, invece presenti, ma rigorosamente tutti chiusi a chiave. Ci siamo comunque adattati, la camera era spaziosa e luminosa oltre che ben arredata. Purtroppo il ristorante era aperto solo per cena, lo scopo della mini vacanza era rilassarsi in piscina durante il giorno ed uscire la sera. Ma in pausa pranzo la cucina non era a disposizione dei clienti per cui si doveva andare ad Orvieto che seppur vicina é raggiungibile in parte mediante una strada sterrata e ad una sola corsia. Nel complesso non ci é pesato perché siamo stati solo 3gg e abbiamo potuto apprezzare Orvieto aldilà delle classiche mete turistiche (duomo, pozzo ecc..). Non posso esprimermi sul ristorante perché non abbiamo cenato all’interno della struttura. La colazione è stata nella norma, anzi con poca scelta, mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più visto che eravamo in un agriturismo.

Un luogo unico, fuori dal tempo!

La location è qualcosa di unico. Immerso nel verde , circondato da alberi di ogni tipo. Curato nel minimo dettaglio. La camera spaziosa, arredata con mobili d'epoca e pulitissima. Le viste sui panorami circostanti sono incredibili. Sembra di stare in un luogo fuori dal tempo. Ottima la cucina, cibo di qualità, curata e con sapori autentici. Prepari sul Senza glutine. La piscina è un oasi di pace , circondata dal verde e con un affaccio incredibile su Orvieto.

Escale lors d’un périple en Italie

Le cadre est magnifique et le mas très bien entretenu. La très jolie piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau !

Trop bruyant : même si dans un bâtiment ancien on se doute que l’isolation n’est pas au top, le bruit des fêtards tardifs et celui des jeunes enfants hurlant dès 7 heures du matin sont extrêmement désagréables pour un endroit soi disant au calme. C’est dommage que le manque de savoir-vivre de la clientèle laisse un souvenir désagréable de ce bel établissement.
