We loved everything, the garden, the balcony with a beautiful view, the patio…but most of all our incredible host! Anna Rita welcomed as if we were family. She cares so deeply about her visitors experience. Really everything could not have been better. Simply can’t say enough positive things. We did not have a car, we like to walk and the old town was about 25 minute walk, through olive orchards and vineyards…so Umbrian. The apartment had everything you need. Very clean and organized. We were so well taken care of, we felt spoiled! Thank you!

Anna the host was fantastic everything was terrific would recommend this stay to anyone who wants a base near Orvietto.
