Casa spaziosa e in posizione ottima per girare la città a piedi
La casa di per sé è bella e nuova, la struttura in cui è inserita è invece un po’ vecchia.

Een heerlijk appartement in prachtig stadspand in het hartje van Athene. Rustig gelegen en toch alles in de buurt. De restaurants, winkels en het Metro station. Fijne ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, keuken, woonkamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat echt opviel, waren de super goede bedden/matrassen. Dat heb ik in Griekenland wel anders meegemaakt... We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Rooftop is een pluspunt! Helaas weinig gebruik van gemaakt (veel op pad geweest, er is zo veel te zien in de stad :-)) Aanrader! Hopelijk tot een volgende keer...
We verbleven hier in februari dus de nachten waren koud. De verwarmingsunits aan de muur en elektrische kacheltjes deden prima hun werk.
Een van de 2 boilers werkte niet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem; we konden makkelijk met z'n drieën de andere badkamer gebruiken om te douchen.

La ubicación excelente. A 8 minutos del metro y supercerca de todo lo que hay que visitar en Atenas.
El apartamento es amplio, decorado con gusto. Todo nuevo. Como veis en las fotos. Tres dormitorios, dos con cama de matrimonio, uno muy grande, otro no tanto y el dormitorio con cuatro camas, una de ellas, supletoria. Camas muy cómodas. Dos baños. Duchas excelentes, agua caliente con termo, pero de mucha capacidad e independientes en cada baño.Tienes acceso a la terraza de la azotea con vistas al Partenon. Tenía de todo, jabón, papel higiénico, secador de pelo, bolsas de basura, sal, té, vajilla completa, calefacción. No se puede pedir más. Segundo sin ascensor. Estuvimos encantados. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
Hay que echar el papel higiénico en bolsas. No por el váter. Es así en muchos sitios del centro. No es su culpa, pero es incómodo.
Pocos supermercados cerca o no supimos encontrarlos.
