Casa de Tres Hermanos in the heart of Athens

If I could give Anton and his son Andrew more than a perfect score, I would. We traveled as a family of four (two parents and two daughters), and their genuine warmth and care made our vacation truly exceptional, turning a beautiful apartment into a real home for us in Athens. The hospitality started before we even arrived. They pre-arranged an airport taxi for us, and despite our late 10:00 PM arrival, both Anton and Andrew were waiting outside to greet us. They immediately took charge of carrying our luggage upstairs, explained the apartment essentials, and left us with a highly useful list of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment itself is in impeccable condition. It is beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and equipped far beyond what you would normally expect from a rental. We were completely blown away by their generosity: the kitchen was filled with complimentary food, plenty of sweets for our girls, and a fridge fully stocked with cold water, soft drinks, and beer. They even left fresh oranges alongside a juicer! As if that wasn't enough, we woke up our first morning to find amazing fresh croissants hanging on our doorknob. Throughout our entire stay, they were always available and eager to help. Later in the week, Andrew even surprised our daughters by dropping off extra soft drinks and beautiful macarons. When it was sadly time to leave, they arranged our early morning taxi back to the airport, met us outside to help carry the bags down, and saw us off with a lovely parting gift. You simply do not find this level of sincere hospitality very often. We felt cared for from start to finish. Thank you, Anton and Andrew, for going above and beyond to make our trip so memorable.

Close to everything. We felt like this was a safe area, exceptionally clean. So many nice touches. I accidentally left my toothbrush at home. They had extra there. Wonderful croissants were left on our door knob the first morning, plenty of coffee, tea, fun drinks and wine. Condiments for coffee and tea, snacks, bread and delicious Danish butter. Oh, and did I mention the bananas and the bowl of oranges to make fresh orange juice in the morning? Andrew and his dad Anton were so gracious and helpful. We could not have asked for a nicer host. Would recommend 100%

I would say that our host Anton and his son Andrew were some of the kindest people we met in Athens, but I think they're some of the kindest people we’ve met anywhere. When we arrived, the apartment was very clean and well-decorated. We were greeted with bowls of snacks, a basket of candy bars that made my son's day, and a fridge stocked with fun drinks and cold water. The espresso maker, dishwasher, and washer covered everything we needed, and they even left us a fresh loaf of bread with jams and a bowl full of oranges for the electric juicer. On our first morning, we opened the door to find a bag of fresh croissants from a local bakery waiting on the doorknob. The apartment included a quiet bedroom, pullout sofa, air conditioning units and electric shades to keep the heat out if needed, and a lovely little patio with an umbrella providing a peaceful spot in the sun. The location couldn't have been better, about an eight-minute walk to Syntagma Square, and shops and cafés a minute away. What really set this stay apart, though, was the care. When our flight was delayed, they moved the cab arrangements for us and had their manager meet us at the apartment even though it was quite late. They sent clear instructions for how everything worked, with detailed pictures. They checked in on us periodically throughout our stay and offered recommendations for great restaurants nearby. Most importantly to me, when my son didn’t feel well, they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and that we felt genuinely looked after. Their treatment of us felt similar to the warmth and care you (hopefully) receive from family. 
When we left for an early flight requiring us to leave the flat at 5 am, Andrew carried my son’s bag down to our cab for us and gave us a bottle of beautiful organic olive oil. Honestly, I can't say enough.

Everything was incredible! Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, excellent location. The host is incredible. Oranges for fresh juice, croissants delivered to our door for breakfast. Olive oil parting gift… the best stay i have ever had.
