We were looking for a quiet holiday spot in nature and that’s exactly what we got here. The lroperry is well equipped and what a lovely host, helpful and friendly. Our toddler had lots of fun running around the garden and walking in the woods nearby. It’s close to a few beautiful beaches that we couldn’t get enough of. Just wish we stayed longer! Would definitely love to come back! Thank you

I absolutely loved my stay at the Villa. The staff was great and very helpful. I went there with my dog and there was a lot of space where she could walk around both in the garden and out in the forest. The location is amazing. Its right next to the forest and there is a path through the forest down to the beach. I went down there everyday and it was great. The Villa also has a big common kitchen with a friendly atmosphere. They also have a space where you can do yoga. 10/10 would recommend.

# Sirius Guest House Review - Sinemorets The owner, Milena, and her daughter are excellent hosts - very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. **Location:** The property is located outside Sinemorets proper, so the beach, shops, supermarket and restaurants require a short car ride (less than 10 minutes) or a good walk if you prefer to go on foot. **Accommodation:** The rooms are clean and comfortable, though they could benefit from a refresh. Each room has air conditioning, outdoor seating (table and chairs), and even a wall-mounted fan for extra comfort. **Grounds:** The property features lovely grapevines running its full length and a garden filled with fig trees. However, the grounds would greatly benefit from some maintenance - the lawns need mowing, and a general tidy-up would make a huge difference to the overall appearance and feel of the place. **Facilities:** There's a very well-equipped indoor and outdoor communal kitchen perfect for self-catering holidays. The outdoor kitchen includes two charcoal BBQs. Guests have access to laundry facilities, and remote workers will appreciate the dedicated office space with five height-adjustable desks and plenty of power outlets. **Special touches:** Milena keeps chickens and sells fresh eggs to guests. She also produces and sells her own rakia made from the property's grapes - a lovely local touch. Overall, this is a welcoming place with great hosts and excellent facilities, though it would benefit from some cosmetic improvements to the grounds and rooms

Its located out of Sinemorets but that's reflected in the room rate. Its nice to be out in the country but close to 2 beaches, Velika and Burayata.

The location was mostly nice! We were alone and had it was quiet outside on the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the nature around. It is a quite big area with a huge kitchen we were able to use.

There was a lot of trash in the field right next to the area. There is a pool billard and a table tennis/pingpong table but both were basically not usable since the pool billard table was uneven and the ping pong balls were not working. On the second the employee, who was friendly, was using so much oil in the kitchen that you were barely able to walk, we had to clean everything thouroughly because it was so much oil plus he was smoking inside the kitchen which made it basically unusable for us on the second night.
