Беше сравнително чисто в стаята, терасата е голяма (обща за две стаи) и има уникална морска гледка. Безплатно паркиране на улицата. Има климатик и мини хладилник.
Отне ми известно време, за да го намеря, никъде няма табела или някакво указание. Това всъщност са три стаи на последен етаж в жилищна кооперация със самостоятелен санитарен възел и обща кухня. В банята нямаше нормален душ, само слушалка, вързана към мивката. НЯМАШЕ ТОАЛЕТНА ХАРТИЯ! Мебелите на терасата бяха прашни. Стаята е малка, мебелите са някаква сбирщина, стари, а мебелите на терасата бяха прашни. По стълбището беше прашно и имаше купища инструменти. За една нощ става, не препоръчвам за повече.
